TODD HUEY
Todd is the founder and President of Huey Group. Following graduation from the Real Estate Masters degree program at The University of Texas at Arlington, Todd began his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis as a real estate appraiser trainee and later a Valuation Associate. During his time at CB Richard Ellis, Todd was instrumental in the formation and growth of a retail specialty group which appraised over 600 retail oriented properties in the Texas region, as well as a variety of other property types. Todd joined the Cushman and Wakefield Dallas office in 2008 as a member of the National Retail Specialty Practice Group. In 2009, Todd leveraged his extensive commercial and residential appraisal experience to found The Huey Group, later partnering to form Huey Davis Group in 2010.

CORINA PITRE
Corina is the Director of Operations with Huey Group, serving as the client communication specialist and directing the organization and processes of the daily operations with the company. Her role is integral in our company goal of providing our clients’ a positive and fulfilling experience. Additionally, Corina is instrumental in the organization and communication that is critical during the property tax consulting process, with our respective clients and the various assessing authorities. Corina began her career originating and administrating property tax loans on behalf of owners who required assistance in the payment of their property tax bills. Corina then transitioned to the property tax advocacy industry. She has more than 12 years of experience in managing data and processes with national service providers, representing large commercial property owners. During her time in the industry, she has become familiar with the property tax codes of nearly every U.S. jurisdiction, having practiced in more than 35 states. Corina has vast experience nationally in handling appeals for clients such as General Growth Properties, Hostess (Interstate) Brands, Winn Dixie and Kerr-McGhee, among many others. In addition to her previous role as Director of Operations at the national level, Corina has tremendous experience managing large portfolios for local and regional clients as well, with combined assets of over $1 billion in taxable market value. Corina has joined Huey Group to apply her wealth of experience with organization and operations on a national level, as she helps Huey Group transition through the planned growth stages, in both geographical and service line expansion.
